Gray Willow Beer
Having worked side by side with our original brewmaster mentors for more than a year, Joe & Lisa Salvino and Paul Buchanan have quickly become the heart and soul of Gray Willow’s brewing operation. Their passion for the process and the product shines through in each of our taps. Our family team of brewmasters are now proudly presenting 10 original brews on tap, with several more in the pipeline, including a much anticipated and requested “light” beer.
S & K IPA - ABV 7.0 IBU 62.9
The first original Gray Willow brew, its namesake inspired by the Salvino and Konopka adventure into partnership. Smooth west coast style IPA with a bold hoppy aroma and a beautiful amber color. 6.00 (10oz) / 8.00 (16oz)
Brennan's school house red ale - ABV 5.5 / IBU 33.7
Rich and robust malt with a slight caramel flavor and beautiful amber color.
Willow light - ABV 4.3 IBU 15.4
American light lager with light crisp flavor, mild hop bitterness; highly carbonated with less calories, lower carbs, and lower alcohol content.
Tiny Tim Pilsner - ABV 5.0 IBU 37.1
Light bodied with a clean crisp and refreshing taste.
Hazy Train - ABV 5.8 / IBU 90.6
Hazy IPA double dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.
golden sombrero mexican lager - ABV 5.0 IBU 16.1
A clean high clarity that is light in body with a slight sweetness that is balanced by just enough hoppy bitterness.
black widow export stout - ABV 6.7 IBU 51.1
A bold foreign extra strout packed with rich notes of chocolate and coffee.
Blurred Lines ABV 5.1 IBU 22.2
Kölsch style that blurs the line between ales and lagers, exhibiting the best characteristics of both. Top ferments with ale yeast then finished cold like a lager.
insurrection double ipa - ABV 8.2 IBU 89.6
Double IPA of our west coast style S&K IPA.
Cuppa Joj coffee blonde - ABV 5.4 IBU 18.0
A blonde lager inused with the subtle flavor and aroma of fresh light-roast coffee. Brewed with locally roasted Brewtus (Delmar, NY) beans abd finised wih a touch of Mosaic hops for a soft, balanced finish.
